Obit in Jefferson City News and Tribune, Jefferson City, Missouri, December 1971: " Mrs. Mary Rehagen, 87, Springfield, Missouri, died Thursday. She was the mother of Tony Rehagen of Westphalia, Missouri. She was born 5 July 1884, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schulte. She was married Oct. 24, 1905 to Bernard (Ben) Rehagen who died in 1968. Other survivors include: 2 sons, Henry E. Rehagen of St. Ann, and Clem J. Rehagen of Granite City, Ill.; 14 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday from St. Joseph Catholic Church, Westphalia. The Rev. Donald Rehagen, the Rev. Harold Rehagen, and the Rev. Harold Rehagen, all grandsons of the deceased will officiate. The rosary will be offered Sunday and Monday at the Dulle Funeral Home in Westphalia. Burial will be in the parish cemetery."
