Obit., 1983 - mid-Missouri newspaper: "Mrs. Anna Luebbert Phillips, 59, Livingston, Texas, died Sunday ( Dec. 4, 1983) at her home. She was born Jan. `14, 1924 at Argyle, the daughter of Conrad and Elizabeth Luebbert. On Jan. 21, 1955, she was married to Russell Phillips, who survives at the home. Other survivors include: two brothers, Leonard Luebbert, Jefferson City, and Louis Luebbert, St. Charles; and three grandsons. Funeral services were Tuesday at Livingston, Texas."
