    3. Obit from mid-Missouri newspaper, 1971: "John Luebbert, 78, of West Point, Neb., and a former Koeltztown resident, died Monday at a West Point hospital. Mr. Luebbert was born Jan. 10, 1893, in Koeltztown, the son of Frank and Catherine Hollenbeck Luebbert. He was married May 25, 1921 at West Point to the former Miss Betty Heagedorn, ( sp?) who survives. He was a retired farmer. He was a member of a West Point, Neb., Catholic church. Other survivors include four sons, Casper Luebbert, Fred Luebbert, Ben Luebbert and Leo Luebbert, all of West Point, Nebr., two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Poppen and Mrs. Wilma Gentrup, both of West Point, Nebr.; three sisters, Mrs. Vernie Wilbers, Jefferson City, Mrs. Theresa Wilbers, Route 3, and Mrs. Christine Heagedorn, West Point, Nebr.; four brothers, Peter Luebbert, Route 1, Henry Luebbert, Jefferson City, Steve Luebbert and August Luebbert, both of West Point, Neb.; and several grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in West Point, Nebr."
