Obit., mid-Missouri newspaper, 1976: " Kenneth Paul Barbarick, 54, Chamois, died Wednesday, April 28, 1976 at Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was born May 2, 1921 at St. Aubert, the son of H. O. and Ina Wilson Barbarick, both of whom survive. He was married Nov. 22, 1944, at Frankenstein to Lorene Brandt, who were later divorced. Mr. Barbarick was a member of the Chamois post of the American Legion. Survivors include: three daughters, Mrs. Wanda Bellville, DeSoto; Mrs. Linda Engelhardt, St. Louis; and Mrs.. Rhonda Winkler, Arnold; two brothers, Wilbur Barbarick, New Haven; and Donald Barbarick, Washington; and four grandchildren. Funeral services were held Saturday at the Morton Chapel, Chamois, with Bro. John Lyons officiating. Burial was in the St. Aubert Cemetery near Chamois. Military rites were conducted by the Chamois post of the American Legion.
