Obit., mid-Missouri newspaper, June, 1924: "Mrs. C. H. Colley (sp?) died at her home in Vienna Saturday after an illness of several weeks of Brights disease and heart trouble. Mrs. Cooley's (sp?) name was Schanker, she being the daughter of the late John Schanker, who was a prominent merchant of Vienna for many years. Mrs. Collery (sp??) was first married to Dabney Dainey, editor of the Maries County Gazette, in 1888. He died 4 years ago and 2 years later she became the wife of Mr. Colley."
