    3. Obit., mid-Missouri newspaper, 1971; " George I. Dearixon, 50, of Linn, died Monday ( Feb.. 15. 1971) at his home after a long illness. Mr. Dearixon was born March 23, 1920 at Marion, the son of Edward and Stella Burling Dearixon. He was married October 31, 1947, at California to the former Miss Georgia Gladys Musick, who survives. Mr. Dearixon had been a representative for Moorman Feed Co., for 13 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Linn and a member of the board of trustees of that church. Other survivors include: two sons, Donald L. Dearixon, California; and Arthur W. Dearixon, Granite City, Ill.; four daughters, Mrs. Linda Kaykuster, Jefferson City; Mrs. Donna Sue Hargin, Miss Becky J. Dearixon and Miss Rhonda L. Dearixon, all of Linn. Two brothers, Herman Dearixon, Council Bluffs, Iowa; and Arthur Dearixon, California; six sisters, Mrs. Claris Bari, Jamestown, Mrs. Delphi Smith, Jefferson City, Mrs. Mae Johnson, Centertown, Mrs. Edna Dorsa, and Mrs. Harry Light, both of Hood River, Ore.; and Mrs. Faye Scum, Reno, Nev.; and nine grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday at the First Baptist Church, Linn, with the Rev. Richard a. Blip officiating. Burial will be in the Linn Public Cemetery."
