    3. Obit., mid-Missouri newspaper, 1974: " Mrs. Addie Clark, widow of the late Rhey Clark, of Linn died at a nursing home in Bluffton, Ohio late Monday night. ( 18 February 1974). She was 73 years old. Funeral services will be held at the Morton Chapel in Linn Friday afternoon with Rev. Eugene McMahon and Rev. Elmer Watley officiating. Burial will be in the Linn Memorial Park. Mrs. Clark was born Sept. 21, 1900 in St. James, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Greenville Hawkins. She was married April 3, 1922 at Vienna to J. Rhey Clark. He died Feb. 14, 1972. Surviving are two children, a son, Gary R. Clark of Bluffton, Ohio and a daughter, Mrs. Earl (Wilma) Parenteau of Humbolt, Tenn.. and four grandchildren. There is one sister, Mrs. Beulah Walker, Memphis, Tenn. Mrs. Clark was a member of the Linn Chapter OES who will conduct services at Morton's Chapel. She had served as past matron and secretary of the chapter. A member of the Oklahoma Church of Christ, she resided in the Linn area since 1922. She attended St. James Public School and State Teachers College in Warrensburg."
