Obit., mid-Missouri newspaper, 1975: " Former Resident of Meta Dies" " Elmer August Hollenbeck, 59, of St. Louis, and formerly a resident of Meta and St. Thomas, died Monday morning at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. Funeral services, which are under the direction of the Buescher Memorial Home of St. Thomas, are incomplete. Burial will be in the parish cemetery at St. Thomas."
