Obit., mid-Missouri newspaper - 1974: " Sister Mary Petronetta Eveler, 74, died Saturday afternoon (March 9, 1974) in a St. Louis hospital. Sister Mary was born at Wardsville, June 28, 1898, the daughter of Peter and Mary Eveler. She entered St. Mary's convent, St. Louis in 1918. Sister Mary served at St. Mary's Hospital, Jefferson City, and hospitals at Ironton, St. Charles, Baraboo, Wisconsin and St. Louis. Survivors include: three sisters, Mrs. Betty Heimericks, Mrs. Emma Schulte and Mrs. Aurelia Roling, all of Jefferson City; and 34 nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at St. Mary's of the Angels Convent, St. Louis. Burial will be in St. Louis."
