Obit., mid-Missouri newspaper, 1981: " Joseph A. Eisterhold, age 81, passes away last Tuesday ( February 24, 1981) at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City. Joe had been a life-long member of the Sacred Heart parish in Rich Fountain. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Christine Eisterhold, who resided at St. Joseph Home for the aged, and two daughters, Mrs. Joe Holterman of Westphalia, Mrs. Norbert Dill of Freeburg and one son, Mervin Eisterhold of Rich Fountain. A mass of Christian burial was held Friday at Rich Fountain."
