I have Anna Maria Catherine Schnieders in my database with parents as you note, but no record of her husband or descendants. The data I have comes from Sexton Veit. Leo Oligchlaeger officiating. He entered into rest Saturday, August 31st 1968 at Decatur County Hospital in Leon, Iowa. He was born November 16, 1921 here in Morrison. His father preceded him in death. On June 24th 1944 he was married to Verna Struttmann. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Francis Augustine, his wife, Mrs. Verna Augustine, one daughter, Mrs. Larry (Sheryl) Hoffmann of Fairfield, Illinois; one son Danny Ray Augustine of the home; two brothers, Norbert Augustine of Marion, Iowa; Leo Augustine of Washington; two sisters, Mrs. Ella Pope of Washington; Mrs. Sylvestor (Emma) Waltersheidt of Morrison. He was a member of Catholic Knights of America; Knights of Columbus, Holy Name Society and American Legion Post of Chamois, Missouri. He was a veteran of World War 2. At the time of his death he was a Hoisting Engineer for the Missouri Pacific Railway Company. Burial was made in the Assumption Cemetery here in Morrison. We extend our sympathy to the bereaved family."

Abe of Belle on October 22, 1932 and took to the great beyond the soul of their daughter Lillian, aged 13 years. She had made her confession to the M.E. Church and had been a member of same for two years. She had been afflicted with diabetes for the past ten months. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Julius Wegener of Eldon at the M. E. Church at Belle, Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock and was buried at the Liberty cemetery south of Belle."

Body and plane were located just 3 miles from take-off point Sunday by David Yarger, a Versailles attorney. Civil Air Patrol had been conducting a search since the first report of missing and called off operation after almost a week of continuous search. Participating in the search from the Linn Commu nity were 1st Lt. Glen Mangam, T/Sgt Allan Mangam, Cadet Gregory Branson and Cadet Ted Albin."

Mr. Broker was born August 25, 1890 at Frankenstein, the son of Theodore and Katherine Strope Broker. He was married February 7, 1917 in the old St. Mary's Church in Frankenstein, to the former Miss Anna M. Bengel, who survives. Mr. Broker was a life-long member of the Holy Name Society of Our Lady of Help Parish, Frankenstein. He was a sawmill and threshing machine operator in the Frankenstein area all his life. Other survivors besides his wife, include five sons, Joseph Broker, Denver, Colo.; Eugene Broker, Woodbine, N. J.; Lawrence Broker, Holts Summit; Michael J. Broker, Jr., Kansas City and Vincent Broker, Independence. One daughter, Mrs. Wilfred Kremer, Frankenstein; three sisters, Miss Margarete Broker, Miss Louise Broker and Mrs. Paul Thoenen, all of near Frankenstein; two brothers, John Broker and Henry Broker, both of Frankenstein; 29 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday at Our Lady of Help Catholic Church, Frankenstein, with Rev. Joseph Lorenz officiating. Burial was in the Garden of Gethsemane Cemetery, Frankenstein.

She was a native of Loose Creek, born June 14, 1886 and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Haslag. Her first husband was Jacob Lock. Following his death, she married John Boessen who also died some years ago. She leaves four children, Mrs. Henry Stiefferman and Mrs. Joseph Boessen of Loose Creek, Theodore Lock of Jefferson City and Frank Lock of Wardsville; two sisters, 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild."

He was born April 21, 1879, in Osage County, the son of the late Xavier and Elizabeth Verdot Bonnot. He was married Nov. 8, 1917 at Sedalia to Mary Kuper Clark, who survives at the home. He has been employed as a carpenter-contractor until his retirement in 1955. Other survivors include a son, Delbert Bonnot, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a step-son, Richard Clark, San Antonio, Tex.; a sister, Mrs. Blanch Williams, Neck City; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services were held Monday at Buescher Memorial Chapel with Elder Jim Hoehn officiating. Burial was in Cadet Creek Cemetery near Bonnots Mill."

Obit., 1972 - mid-Missouri newspaper; " Joseph William Boss, husband of the late Bertha Rippstein Boss and son of the late Peter Boss and his wife, Christine (nee Kolks) was born near Chamois, Mo. on the 24th day of May 1880 and departed this life Tuesday afternoon, April 18, 1972. He was 91 years, 10 months and 6 days of age. Mr. Boss passed away just a short while after returning home from a week's stay in a Jefferson City hospital. Mr. Boss lived his entire life in the Chamois community. On Sept. 7, 1909 he was married to Miss Bertha Rippstein of Chamois; Mrs. Lorene Holzem, Chamois; Mrs. Mildred Johnson of Jefferson City; Mrs. Helen Holzem, Morrison; Misses Genevieve and Roselia Boss, Chamois; Mrs. Dorothy Topel of Peoria, Ill.; and Don Boss of Aspen, Colo.. Thee are 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; one brother, Edward of Morrison. One son, Norbert lost his life in World War 2. Four brothers and two sisters preceded him in death. The were: Mrs. Emma Starke, Mrs. Caroline Schmitz; George Julius, Emil and Herbert Boss; also two half-sisters and two half-brothers, Mrs. Annie Gerritson, Mrs. Helena Tekotte, Henry and Charles Boss. After resting at the Meyer Funeral Home in Chamois, a funeral Mass was held Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church with interment in the church cemetery. Rev. A. J. Grellner officiating."

Survivors include his wife, a son, Ernest Barnhart; two brothers, Arlie Barnhart and Oda Barnhart, all of Meta. Six sisters - Mrs. Eva Champlain, Mrs. Ella Seaton and Mrs. Corda Rakes, all of Meta; Mrs. Lizzie Copeland and Mrs. Mary Duncan, both of Dixon; and Mrs. Martha Wilson, Iberia.     3. Obit., In the U.D. 50 Years Ago: issue 1972: " Thursday, June 1, 1922" Mrs. Elizabeth Mueller, nee Vielrook, was born April 27, 1846 at Hanover, Germany. She was raised and instructed in the Evangelical Lutheran Church. At proper time, she entered holy wedlock with Henry Bode and to this union were born 7 children of which three are alive, namely: John, Henry and Mrs. Anna Werner, wife of Dr. Werner. After the death of her husband, she emigrated to this country, settling with her sister, Miss Baker at Babbtown. In 1885, she was married to Frederick Mueller living on the brink of the Osage and this marriage was blessed with three children: one daughter and two sons. The daughter died at young age. She and her husband whose age is now 86 years, lived with their son Willie. Burial was in the cemetery of the Evangical St. John Church. She attained the age of 76 years."

Mr. Bailey was born Nov. 15, 1907 near St. Anthony, in Miller County, the son of Robert and Deliah (Burlingame) Bailey. He was married Jan. 9, 1930 at Tuscumbia to Velma Clark who survives. Mr. Bailey lived all of his life in Miller County, near St. Anthony where he was a farmer and stockman. On January 1, 1950, he started the Bailey Truck Line in Iberia. He also drove a school bus for St. Anthony for 12 years. Mr. Bailey was a member of the Fairview Christian Church and the Miller County Foxhunters' Assn. Surviving other than his wife, Velma, are one son, Ellis Bailey of Iberia; four daughters, Mrs. Wilma Helton of Scott Air force Base, Ill.; Mrs. Velma Jean Nichelson and Mrs. Mathel Alexander, both of Dixon, and Mrs. Annette Dake of Iberia; one sister, Mrs. Elsie Grosvenor of St. Elizabeth; one brother, Willis Bailey of Eldon and 14 grandchildren. Funeral services were held Saturday at the Fairview Christian church with the Rev. Mark Sooter and the Rev. Gary Gulley officiating. Burial was in the Jarrett Cemetery near Iberia under the direction of the Stevinson funeral Home of Iberia. He was married November 26, 1930 at Rich Fountain to the former Miss Josephine Eisterhold, who survives. Mr. Boehm was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Catholic church at Rich Fountain. He was engaged in farming. Surviving him with his wife, are: one son, Clarence J. Boehm, Jefferson City; two daughters, Mrs. Jerome Bax, Westphalia; and Mrs. Jerome Rehagen, Jefferson City; one sister, Mrs. Phillip Luecke, Rich Fountain; and 9 grandchildren. Funeral services were held Wednesday at Sacred Heart Church with the Rev. Robert Arnold officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Arrangements were in charge of the Morton Funeral Home."

    3. Obit., issue Aug. 7, 1972, Unterrified Democrat: " Louis Balkenbush, 81, a native of Linn, died in a hospital in Denver, Colo., Saturday. He had been in poor health several months. Mr. Balkenbush, son of Herman and Sybilla Fisher Balkenbush, was born at Linn. He was married May 8, 1917 to Miss Bettie Porting at Sacred Heart Church in Rich Fountain. She survives. Mr. and Mrs. Balkenbush celebrated their golden wedding anniversary at the same church five years ago. The couple moved to Colorado over 40 years ago. Surviving with the widow are two sons, Norbert and Edgar Balkenbush, both of Denver; two daughters, Mrs. Joe Stout of California and Miss Bette Marie of the home; one brother, Joseph Balkenbush of Linn, and several grandchildren. He was a life long member of the Catholic Church. Funeral services were held in Denver Wednesday."

Obituary, mid-Missouri newspaper, 1973 Wilburn Green, 79 Dies in Clayton Wilburn Green, 79, of Tavern Rte, Dixon, Missouri, passed away Thursday July 5, 1973 at the Clayton House Nursing Home in Clayton, Missouri. Mr. Green was born August 13, 1893, near Iberia, Missouri in Miller County, the son of Fletcher and Ellen Carter Green. He was united in marriage on October 9, 1916, in Meta to Charlsie Edith Pendleton who survives of the home. Mr. Green lived in Maries County near Meta and Dixon for most of his life except for 7 years when at 14 his family moved to Texas and 3 years when he lived in Jefferson City. He had been a meat cutter while in Texas and spent the rest of his life farming. Mr. Green had been a member of the Campground Christian Church since 1917. He was preceded in death by: One brother, Charley Green, and three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Ellis, Mrs. Sarah Mace, and Mrs Hester Beechum. Surviving other than his wife, Charlsie, are: One son, Frank D. Green, High Ridge, Missouri; one granddaughter, Linda Green; two sisters, Mrs. Maggie Pendleton, Dixon, Missouri and Mrs. Minnie Tomlin, St. Louis. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Campground Christian Church with Reverend Earl Jones and Brother Walter Abbett officiating. Interment was in the Stokes Cemetery under the direction of the Stevinson Funeral Home of Iberia, Missouri. Obituary, 1973 - mid-Missouri newspaper: Essie Mae Gray, 71, dies at hospital "Mrs. Essie Mae Gray, age 71 years of Meta, Missouri, passed away Monday, August 20, 1973 at the Charles E Still Hospital in Jefferson City. Mrs. Gray was born November 24, 1901 in Van Cleve, Missouri, in Miller County, the daughter of Frank and Fannie Barnhart Cowen. She was united in marriage on November 5, 1921 in Jefferson City to John V Gray, who survives at the home. Mrs. Gray moved to Meta in 1933 where she lived the rest of her life and was a member of the Meta Christian Church. She was preceded in death by one granddaughjter, Rebecca Taylor in 1947, and one brother, Claude in infancy. Other survivors include: Six daughters, Mrs. Margie Roberds of Kansas City, Missouri; Mrs. Lois Allen of House Springs, Missouri; Mrs. Dorothy Taylor of Liberty, Missouri; Mrs. Jean Schanzmeyer, Jefferson City; and Mrs. Donna Schaefferkoetter, Lynchburg, Virginia; one son Dr. James Gray, Salem, Missouri; two brothers, Tommie Cowen, Meta; and Austin Cowen of Macks Creek; 24 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 23 at the Meta Christian Church with Rev. Earl Jones officiating. Interment was in the Meta Southside Cemetery under the direction of the Stevinson Funeral Home, Meta, Missouri. Pallbearers were Mark Witte, David Korber, Larry Mullins, Marvin Gray, Rick Tharp and Matt Saucier."

    3. Obit., 1934, mid-Missouri newspaper: Robert Lee Green was born August 8, 1866 in Osage County, Missouri and lived his entire life in the same county. He departed this Tuesday evening, February 27, 1934, age 69 years, 6 months and 19 days. He leaves to mourn his departures two brothers. Funeral service was held Thursday evening at 2 o'clock at the Pilot Knob Church by Rev. B. S. Groof. The pallbearers were: Alva Green, Rhey Green, H. H. Schultz, Willie Robertson, James Mee and Grover Keeney.
