    3. Hi Mary, You have perhaps a higher opinion of my knowledge than I deserve. I do keep trying to gather more information, but so much comes from sources such as yourself I don't spend a lot of time doing original research, outside the commonly available resources. Two ideas come to mind on finding the death certificate, but I suspect you've already tried them. One would be Meg Gentges, who I'm sure you know has done much research on the central Missouri German immigrants. The other would be a search at the Missouri State Archives in Jefferson City. My Aunt Clara might be willing to pay a visit there, or perhaps next time I'm down that way it would give me an excuse to spend some time there. Have you already been down this road? I did not realize Anna married a Twehaus, though it's not a surprise she re-married considering her first husband died so young. I don't have any of her children from either marriage in my database. 3. Stan, do you have any idea where I can find the death certificate /record for Anna Maria Catherine (Schnieders)(Schaland) Twehaus?? She d. 22 Mar 1966 in Osage county. (my g-g-grandmother) I am hoping it will give her exact birthdate and maybe her parents names.... I still have not been able to document/verify her birth or parents... I "think" she is d/o of Gerhard Heinrich Herman Schnieders and Anna Maria Margaretha Wolken.... You seem to be quite knowledgeable about Missouri genealogy... so I am hoping you can lead me in the right direction. Thanks, Stan, Mary ----- Original Message ----- From: "Stan Huhman" <sh10035@cedarnet.org> To: <moosage@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, March 15, 2009 6:51 PM Subject: Re: [MOOSAGE] Obit. 1972 - Rackers, Schneiders, Lage, Toebben > Hi Mary, > Sorry to wait so long to answer, I'm just going back to read some of the > emails I never got around to yet. > > I have Anna Maria Catherine Schnieders in my database with parents as you > note, but no record of her husband or descendants.
