I believe Walter was with the CIA and may still be alive. Walter's brother, John Scott known as Jack Scott was a remarkable man who made tremendous achievements. Jack died in 2000 leaving wife Mikki and children Lydia, Emma and Jonah. Walter and Jack's parents were John and Lydia.Lydia originted from Ireland.
