I was told that Lucinda Caroline Albert married Will Allmon in Oregon County about 1902 Then she married Jack Hurst about 1912/14. Does anyone have information about either of these marriges? I also saw that she died in 1919 but have no proof on any of this. Would appreciate any help you could give. Thanks Margaret
Anyone who is researching the Couch name might be interested in the conversation going on lately on the rootsweb Cox surname message board. There are some really old records being revealed and maybe it could tie too some of the Couch families in SC MO and NC AR. Pat Miller

Good Morning Bonnie. Thank you very much.James grave is in the north east section. As you drive into th cem.and just before the road turns right, that is the section he is in.It is a new stone about 4 years ago' Again THANK YOu. Chuck Charles S.Cypret 7292N1000W Orland,In. 46776 [email protected]
Charles, I am not going to AR this weekend, but I will be in AR from July 14 to 17 this summer. I will be going to the Cheshire Cemetery, as my father, aunts, and several cousins are buried there. I will be happy to place a flower on James' grave for you, if I can find it. I don't know if you are aware of the fact or not, but several headstones at the cemetery have been vandalized in the last two years. I have been trying to find out who is on the cemetery board there, as my father's grave and the other family graves, are not being kept up lately. We paid the board several years ago a tidy sum for upkeep of the graves for a few years, but have noticed that not much is being done. I will be happy to take a picture for you also of the headstone. Take care, Bonnie Graves -------Original Message------- From: [email protected] Date: 05/27/06 10:31:27 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [MO-OREGON-HISTORY] flowers on lonely graves Cheshire Cem . location. That William, living next door was your Lucinda's brother. Remember, Lucinda hasn't been born yet, so she wouldn't be listed in the 1870 census. This was the ONLY John and Sarah who matched the birthstate perfectly, and the time being in Illinois matches your Lucinda's info on t he 1900 census, that she was born in Illinois. Hope this helps!
