I live in Montgomery County and thought maybe I can help. David Marks as you noted is in Woodland. I found Helen as well buried in Woodland in the same Section and lot as David. I am showing her as Helen Marks Weikert. Died March 15, 1941. I do not see a Millicent there. I thought this might help.
