Alan was born in Dayton on January 13, 1963. He was a 1981 graduate of Miamisburg High School, a 1985 graduate of the University of Dayton and was a member of Parkside Church in Waconia. Alan was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Boggs; grandparents, Magoffin and Pearlie Caudill and Hilliard and Ethel Boggs. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Barbara A. Boggs; two daughters, Allison and Emily; his parents, Lloyd and Wanda Boggs of Miamisburg; a brother, Steve Boggs of Kettering; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Mildred Russell of St. Paris; sisterin-law, Laura (Paul) Gray of Lebanon; brother-in-law, Robert Russell of St. Paris. Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 12, at the Gebhart-Schmidt Parramore Funeral Home, 508 E. Linden Ave., Miamisburg.
