    3. That neighborhood shouldn't be a problem unless you're driving around it at night. I used to work in the lower income areas of Dayton, and most of them are pretty safe during the daytime. Your biggest challenge will probably be getting someone to unlock the gate for you. I had 2 great uncles who shared a house on Gettysburg Ave., until Rt 35 was put through and they torn down the house. And even now, there are still areas around there that aren't that bad. Most of the people who live in that area aren't looking for trouble.
