She was a former Office Manager at WPAFB, who retired in 1972. She was the wife of the late Joseph Patrick Dugan. She is survived by her five children, Peggy (Fred) Sheppard, Mary Dugan, S.C., Joe Dugan, Jr., Teresa (Fred) Frecker, and Anne (Marvin) Pflaumer; and her sister Mary F. Morris of Olney, Maryland, She was a grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of 17. The Funeral Mass was held Monday, July 9, 2007, at Calvary Cemetary Chapel, South Patterson Blvd, Dayton. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Wesley Glen Retirement Community, 5155 N.
