Kay,   A time frame would help someone who is attempting to answer your query.  Yes, Montgomery county kept lots of marriage records.  Most of the originals are stored downtown in the archives, but alot of people on this list have books that were published or might have your ancestors in their files and may be able to provide you with the assistance you are seeking.    Including a time frame with your note would certainly help, as would other details such as township the couple lived in as well as a summary of children etc.   Just some friendly suggestions.
