Neibert, 84, of Kettering died Thursday Feb. 7, 2008 at Hospice of Dayton. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Bessie; a brother, Nelson; and a sister, Katherine. Virginia is survived by her brother, Walter, of Kettering, and many other relatives. Funeral services were held Monday, Feb. 11, at the Tobias Funeral Home - Far Hills Chapel. Interment Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
