I did find a 1930 census in Scioto Co., Upper Nile Twp, Ohio listing.. B. Harrison Pilson age 29, b; OH father-VA, Mother-OH Truck Driver Cora age 25 b; KY Father-KY, Mother-KY Benjamin age 3 1/12 b;OH, Father-OH, Mother-KY It says that B Harrison and Benjamin were Mulatto. There is a James H.Pilson on another page for Scioto who is also listed as Mulatto that may be B. Harrison's brother he is listed with his wife children and in-laws *see Attached Census. I am also attaching a 1910 census pg1 & pg2 of B. Harrison and his parents and siblings in Scioto Ohio. I found a 1900 census showing Cora Gilkison and her father Milton b; Feb 1863, KY and mother Anzaline b; Oct 1863 both their parents were born in KY. It shows Cora as the only living child out of 4, and born Aug 1892. They are white and Milton is a farm Laborer. 1880 census shows a David M. Gilkison born to parents Robert M Gilkson age 45, b; KY both parents of KY also mother Sussiana age 42 b; KY as both parents siblings below.. Jinna- age 16 George W.- age 12 David M. - age 10 Cora S. - age 7 Charles R.- age 4 They were listed in Hillsboro, Fleming, KY I believe he named his daughter after his sister. I hope all this helps.
