You referred to a 'death notice' as an obituary. p2. You posted your request on the Montgomery County, Ohio message board for a funeral that occured in Miami County, Ohio, on a person that formally lived in Miami County, Ohio. c1. The death occured in Texas. c2. There was a 'death notice' in the Dayton Daily News. "Maudie J. Timmins Dayton Daily News March 4, 2006 pg. B4, died March 1, age 94, of Houston, Texas, formerly of West Milton, death notice" I found no evidence of an obituary being recorded, printed, or displayed in Montgomery County, however, there may be one. I recommend posting on the Miami County, Ohio, message board and the 'county of death', Texas, message board. You might also consider contacting the funeral home. http://www.halesarver.com .
