Hobbs, 82, of Kettering died Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at Hospice of Dayton. Bob was born on January 29, 1926 in Dayton, the son of George W. and Beatrice K. (Beach) Hobbs. He was preceded in death by his wife of 36 years, Mary Ann (Steinbrunner) Hobbs; his parents and three brothers. He is survived by his daughter, Debbie (John) Howdeshelt; his two sons, Doug (Paula) Hobbs and Don (Becky) Hobbs; nine grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Bob served in the U.S. Army during WW II and retired after 42 years from N.C.R. Funeral services were held Monday, Feb. 11, at the Tobias Funeral Home - Far Hills Chapel. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
