Bucher Sr. 84, of Kettering, died Monday, January 28, 2008. He was an independent business man, owner of the Dairy Bar on Irving Ave., and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 500. Mr. Bucher is survived by his wife Mary Ann (nee Kessen) Bucher; sons, John (Julie) Bucher, of Strongsville, Bill (Brenda) Bucher, of Illinois and Thomas Bucher Jr., of Kettering; sisters, Martha Overwein, of Dayton, Susan Pfeiffer, of Maryland and Molly Granato, of Miamisburg; brothers, Charles (Mary) Bucher, of California and James (Elizabeth) Bucher, of Illinois; six grandchildren, one new great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial was held Friday, Feb. 1, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Kettering. Burial at Calvary Cemetery.
