I have also wondered about these obits as these are copyrighted material--either the newspaper has the copyright or the families--it depends on whether the obits are offered as a free service by the newspaper or the families pay for obit insertions. This may be a copyright violation. Plus it is very easy these days to access current obits, so I do not see the need to put them on the Montgomery site.
