Marcia was born November 20, 1945 in Kettering, the daughter of Julia (Tharpe) Keiter and Reece Keiter. She was formerly active in Kettering Assembly of God and their ministries, as well as the Contact Dayton/Crisis Intervention Hotline. She was preceded in death by her mother. Marcia is survived by father Reece Keiter; her husband of 32 years, Samuel John Epstein; sons Joel (Gina) Epstein, Jim (Kay) Epstein, and Jason (Chase) Epstein; and eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Feb. 13, at 1 p.m. at the Conner & Koch Funeral Home, Bellbrook. Interment in Bellbrook Cemetery.
