I have seen several postings lately regarding David McMullen, b. 1819 in Montgomery County. I am looking for information on John McMullen.  Is there a family connection?  I have that he was born in 1828 in either Ohio or Maryland and died in 1900 in Germantown, Ohio.  I believe he served in the Civil War.  He was married to Anna Maria Schaeffer.  He is buried in the Germantown Cemetery, and she is buried at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton, Ohio.  They had 4 children, Eva, Emma, Clara and Frank.  I don't have any further information on John or their children Clara and Frank.  Thanks for any help!
