The Ohio Genealogical Society keeps records of Ohio family bible inscriptions. Before you sell it, maybe you could photograph the inscription page to share with them. It is the bible of John F Lloyd of Pyrmont and Mary Wehrly of Lewisburg who were married at Eaton on Sept. 7, 1875 by Rev. HIram Johnson. witnessed by Henry Chambers and Barbara Ott. There are no births or deaths recorded except: John F. Lloyd born Bellbrook, Greene Co., OH Oct. 2, 1853 Mary C. Wehrly born near Lewisburg June 3, 1856, the eldest daughter of Isaac and Dorotha Wehrly. Inclusions: A very extensive Memorium for Margaret Penrod Wolfe, wife of James Wolf of the village of Pyrmont, no date but tells about the founding of Pyrmont.
