    3. I just found an entire box of deeds in my attic. They all relate to a "farm" my great grandparents owned in Miamisburg. Sec 30, Town 2 Range 5, 12.23 acres. The deeds start in 1858 and run through 1939. I have transcribed them in order of date filed. On the 2nd one where the Lyces are selling to John Smith, actually seems to say it is the Lyces who are BUYING on the inside. Makes a bit more sense that way also. The names include the following Emanuel and Elizabeth Gebhart John C. Smith. wife Eliza Elizabeth and John A. Lyce (Leis) Sarah and James Ryan Elizabeth Wikoff Margaret and Peter Harth Christena Henkaline Mary A. Baver and her daughters Hattie Shupert and Edna Baver. Serenus Pontius and wife Minerva Amzi Elroy Sterrett and wife Eva Elizabeth M. and Benjamin Metherd Elmer or Piny or Pinney Gebhart (owned next door) Walter and Ida Rost Below is most info, in case it helps anyone. A loose paper has a sketch A rectangle 360 feet wide Top edge says Springboro Road 356 Feet wide Right side says Metherd Land 750 feet long bottom edge says Piny Gebhart land 350 feet wide and the left edge says Rost land 702 feet long.
