Margaret Roof was the dau of Peter Roof (1753-1834) and Margaret Replogle (1756-1836). Margaret Replogle being my 4g-grand-aunt! There's a fairly long note in my database that in part reads "This was told to me by a Replogle descendant when I was tracing my McMullen ancestry."
