David Winters was a very active minister here in the 1800's, there's a cemetery named after him (part of comedian Jonathan Winter's family, by the way!) You said Susannah Coddington died Feb 9th, did they say what year? The library should have the 1939 Brien cemetery book, I'll look if I get down there at lunch time today, otherwise I'm hoping to get down there for an hour or so on Saturday or Sunday. I'll have to determine which cemetery that is in Centerville, it doesn't appear to be the only one that I've visited in the past. I don't get down that way very often, but I'll try and check out the location and see if I can get access (the one other cemetery down there I visited was only open a couple days a year). I would like to solve the Coddington puzzle, but there are actually a lot more of them than you'd think. They probably can all be traced back to NY or NJ, but it's not always easy connecting them together.
