Also, I have a copy of a 1851 and 1875 map of Montgomery County, OH. Miamisburg is in Montgomery County, OH. If your relative owned land at that time, I could find the name on the maps! Let me know if I can help! Judy Frizzell ________________________________ From: Donna (History Buff) M. I live in Miamisburg, OH and know for a fact there is only one Miamisburg in the US! I can look something up at the Miamisburg Historical Society if you like, but you will have to state again what you need as I must have missed the other email. The census page does not list an address, only the district number. My great grandfather was born there, out of wedlock, to Mary Simpson who was living with the Samuel Kneisly family when the census was taken just days prior to the birth. I think it's possible that she had her son baptized at a nearby church and I need to know where and what that church might be. The father is unknown but could be listed on a church record of baptism. If anyone has any clues as to how I could find this area I would be most grateful for the help. I am trying to find death date/place of Liza [Louisa] Taylor. She dies before 1910. I am fairly certain it was in Dayton but I can't find a death record. Liza/Louisa was married to a William K. Taylor, I can only find them one time in the 1880 Ross County OH census. 1900 census states she had 10 children with 2 living. The only 2 children I am aware of is Alfred Noah Taylor b. 1854 and her daughter Anna who's name was Margaret Anna but she also went by Peggy.
