Have just received information that my gr-gr-grandfather Elias Pittman died at the Nodaway County home of my gr-grandmother Anna Pittman Frazee in 1861. Article also says Elias' wife Catherine was member of the Christian Church. Am wondering if church records would have a record of her death, since I cannot find cemetery record. When was the First Christian Church in Maryville begun? Does anyone know how many Christian Churches there were in Nodaway Co in the 1860s? Jeannine Long
