Dear Listers, You may be interested to know that thanks to Huw Walters, I have been able to positively identify the Welsh church referred to in my message of 3rd May. The church is the Harris Memorial Chapel adjacent to Trefecca College near Talgarth, Breconshire. The chapel was demolished some time ago. I've since found an old postcard image showing the chapel - currently on my website: http://www.jlb2011.co.uk/harris-memorial-chapel.jpg The postcard is on the online database (Coflein) of the Royal Commission on Ancient and Historical Monuments of Wales. Huw Walters provided me with a link to page of photos of Trefecca College: http://freestgeorges.blogspot.co.uk/2009/07/coleg-trefeca.html On the original photo, the building in front of the church is very distinctive, and matches exactly the building shown in the sixth image on the page of photos. The only difference is that the former doorway shown in my old photo has been replaced by a large window. Thanks to everyone who tried to identify the church for me.
