Hello Sandi, I have a Sarah POWELL in my family tree. She was born in Gloucester December 1804 and married Thomas HOPKINS. Five of their children migrated to New Zealand around 1860. My ancestors stayed in Gloucester except for my GGrandfather who went to Glamorgan in 1891. You may be looking at the same woman who is my 3rd great Grandmother. And perhaps it is another Sarah POWELL.
