Hi Listers, I am researching Thomas ALLENDER born 1865 in Oakengates, Shropshire. He married Ellen WILLIAMS, born 1866 Hill Top, West Bromwich, in Newport Monmouthshire in 1892. In 1901 they lived in 9 Charles Street Rogerstone, Monmouthshire and they had four children Annie born 1893 Frank born 1895 Fred born 1898 Harold born 1900 All of the children were born in Rogerstone Regards, John Southern Flinders Ranges South Australia

G'day John There is an Allender here in WA who married the oldest daughter of one of our friends. Unfortunately we have lost touch with the family but I am sure they still live in WA somewhere. From memory, I think he worked for Telecom Australia some 25 years ago. This may be old news as you may already know of the family but if you didn't, it may be a branch you didn't know about.
