G'day All There are lots of Jones families out there in the Eastern Valley but mine only goes back to my great-grandfather Edwin Jones, born about 1847, but I don't know exactly where, and there are a few out there about the right time. The Lewis family is represented by my great grandmother Sarah, mother of Hector Vernon Lewis my grandfather(no father, was brought up as his mother's brother). The Prossers I have only just found out about, Mary Jane Prosser married Edwin Jones in 1874 but I haven't yet got the marriage certificate. Hopefully, it will be on its way during next week. Then perhaps I'll find out more about that side of the family except that I can't find here birth registration yet.
