Hello Robert, I have who I believe is John and Margaret living alone in Maesteg Glamorgan in 1891, is it only the 1881 Census that you have located them on. If this is them they moved from Plantation Street by the next Census date and in 1891 and 1901 there was no Williams family living at 70 Plantain Street. Regards Barbara
