Hi Brad, Thanks for the suggestion that Harriet MORGAN was her married name and that she was actually a DAVIES. It is possible and something for me to checkout, never thought of it. If she had been Mary DAVIES daughter she would have had her at 15. The reason I thought it was her moms maiden name is because I found a Benjamin DAVIES who married a Mary Morgan in 1844. Also a birth for Harriet MORGAN in 1838 in Pontypool. I appreciate your suggestion, thanks. I need to check out all theories as this is a brick wall for me. Regards, Carol
