I have recently made huge in-roads studying my PRITCHARD line. This success is solely due to the knowledge and efforts of folk within these two mailing lists. I would commend you individually but I fear missing someone. There were many. Thank you all! Unfortunately, until I hit Adam & Eve (or two suitably named apes), I may not be satisfied. My Henry PRITCHARD was born about 1849, son of a __________ and Keziah/ Kezia/ Kesia PRITCHARD born 1828 in Llanfygan, Breconshire, Wales. The surname never changed for he or his younger sister Mary PRITCHARD born 1850. They both show on Wales 1851 census as grandchildren of David & Keziah Pritchard. I believe his mother, Keziah, died shortly after his sister Mary's birth. He is listed as born in St Mary which I would assume is a district within Brecon. Henry eventually married my GG-Grandmother Marry Hayes in 1872 in Tredegar, Monmouthshire, Wales. Can anyone solve the mystery of who the father may be? Thanks for any efforts? John
