Hello all- Good day to all. I need a bit more help. I have been told that the Immaculate Conception is/was the Roman Catholic Church in Tredegar 1870-1875 when my HAYES & PRITCHARD families resided there. I have collected the GRO BMD certificates that I need. However, I would be very interested in checking the Church records in the hope that I could pull a bit more information from them. For example, if I could find the maiden name for Johanna Hayes born in Ireland, married in Ireland and all her children who were with her & husband Joseph in Tredegar were born in Cork, Ireland. Johanna died in December 1872 in Tredegar and I have the GRO certificate but without a maiden name mentioned. If I had this maiden name I believe it would greatly improve my chances of discovering the family's origin. Can anyone tell me where I could write to get this information? Thank you.
