Good news I have located them living in Tredegar in 1871, they were recorded as Hasher. Census 1871 William Hughes Head age 30 Sarah Hughes Wife age 26 George Hughes Son age 7 (1881 he is named Henry) Evan Hughes Son age 4 Mary Hughes Daur age 2 Address listed as Back of No 6 Tredegar RG10/5321 FOLIO 90 PAGE 56 There are those named William Hughes born Tredegar prior to him getting married in 1864 but either listed as Boarders/Lodgers, so not able to pinpoint correct William with his parents.
