Western Mail Friday June 18 1926. Rev. S. Evans SEALY, formerly of Severn-road Church, Cardiff, has been inducted pastor of Dock Congergational Church, Llanelly. More than £17 was realised by a "penny trail" organised by the Hon. Mabel BAILEY, of Hay Castle, at Hay, on Thursday, in aid of the Brecon Memorial Hospital Fund. The trail was inaugurated by Mr. Enoch GEORGE, chairman of the Hay Urban District Council. After less than six months' stay at Cardiff, Dr. Richard Douglas PASSER, M.C., M.D., lecturer in pathology at the Welsh School of Medicine, and of the Pathological Department of the Cardiff Royal Infirmary, has been appointed professor of experimental pathology at Leeds University in connection with the cancer campaign. After serving in the Pathological Department of Guy's Hospital Dr. PASSER (who is M.D. and D.Ph. of London) came to Cardiff. A native of Hereford, he served during the war in the Royal Army Medical Corps, and also with the Gordon Highlanders. For six years Dr. PASSER has been engaged in cancer research work, and has written considerably on the subject and on blood diseases. He will superintend the building of laboratories at the University College,Leeds, and probably enter on his new duties in October. PHOTOGRAPH PAGE. Mr. Llewellyn FRANCIS prosecuted on behalf of the Prudential Assurance Company. Defendant who was represented by Mr. Ivor BRACE (instructed by Messrs.
