I would like to know what became of Newton County resident Joycie May Russell who was the daughter of Rubin T. and Leffy A. Russell. Joycie was born February of 1892 and married Everett P. My ggrandfather was Sampson Walter Josephus Rogers from Barry Co. I have been searching for his brother James H. Rogers who I had "heard" died around Diamond in Newton Co. He was born Aug. 1886 according to census records of 1900 Carroll Co.,AR. His parents were Richard R. and Elizabeth Tarkington Rogers. His mother died in 1915 in Carroll Co. and her death certificate has his signature on it, this is all I know about him. Happy Holidays to Everyone!! Kathy
