This is a long shot but my ggrandfather's (John Alexander Ferguson b 1877) father was killed...rumour is maybe by the James-Dalton Gang possibly as a law enforcement officer...but whatever it was he was shot and killed. It was some time ago. I will try and contact David Weems, who lives in Newtonia, and is on the cemetery board and let him know. Do think they will replace all of the damaged stones?
