Fowler of=20 the state and county aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that=20 said Abel Landers and Sally Landers his wife for and in consideration=20 of the sum of two hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the said=20 James S. Fowler the wright whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted=20 bargained sold conveyed and confirmed unto the said James S. Fowler=20 his heirs and assigns all of the certain lot or parcel of land=20 situated being in the County of Newton and state of Missouri.=20 Beginning at the southwest corner of section 14 of Township 25 and=20 range 29 running east 160 poles to a stake on the southside of Shoal=20 Creek, thence north eighty poles crossing said creek to a stake thence=20 west one hundred and sixty poles to a stake thence south to that=20 beginning it being the south half of the south east quarter of section=20 14 in Township 25 of range 29 west.
