I am searching for information on the family of Malcom and Flora Thompson McDougal who moved to Greene Co., then Newton Co. about 1837 from McMinn Co. TN. Malcom, born 1786 in NC, died 1859 in Newton Co. Their children were:\ Mary married James Vaughn William married Sarah (Pogue?) both buried Macedonia Cem. Neosho, MO Catherine married Wilson Vaughn Daniel married Margaret McRae of McDonald Co., MO Elizabeth married ____ Clark Thomas Jefferson married Hannah ____ Sarah Daniel and Margaret McRae McDougal are my g grandparents. Daniel served in the Confederate Army and was killed in 1869 by outlaws or bushwackers. Any help appreciated. Dana Meara
