Does anyone do Marriage lookups? I am hoping to find a marriage in Newton County for: Richard W. RICHARDS and Emeline L. PIPER they were married on March 1, 1878, according to a family Bible but there is no reference as to place. They had a son, Jesse Golden RICHARDS [my Uncle] born in Neosho, Newton County, MO in Nov of 1882 so I am hoping that is where they married. I thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
