I found a newspaper dated 6-18-1861.An article about fortress Monroe in Seneca is in it.Is this the Newton Co.Mo Seneca?

Personally, I have no idea, but I would love it if you shared the article with the list. I don't believe we have any surviving newspapers dated this early.
