Hi, I am looking for information on Joel Foster he was in Newton Co., Mo sometime between 1865 and 1886. Supposedly he was working in the lead mines. Does anyone have access to the 1870 & 1880 census? Are the census records indexed? If it isn't to much trouble would someone mind looking for me. I need to know if it shows a wife & also a daughter Mary Elizabeth. It is possible he was in Jasper co., also. Joplin has been mentioned.
